<div dir="ltr">Well if you mean in practice how many people will get IPv4 resources from the free pool? Not that many, there is really only a trickle of IPv4 resources that come back to ARIN. Currently, there is a misalignment between Sections 4 and 8 that creates issues when people get approved using the rules in section 4 and then go to the transfer market.
