<p class="MsoNormal">Yes we're pre-qualified for all the IP we are looking to purchase, and we have done several 8.3 transfers already, however in this case with the size of the block / cost we must finance it out. This issue financing companies have, is in
the event of default, they would have no recourse other than legal action if the IP are under our ownership already.<o:p></o:p></p>
