no rule of law so the question really is what entity needs to be the enforcer? The Federal Reserve Bank assesses economic conditions and sets interest rates but it is the Bank Auditor Army that enforces regulatory compliance on the banks themselves.

and that’s where they should stay in my humble opinion. The question is who/what will be the “Bank Examiner” regarding the appropriate use of IP addresses going forward?????
