<div><br></div><div>This proposal as written would mean anyone with any kind of business license can just go up to ARIN and get a free /24 every year, no matter if they are actually going to need it or even use it. Doesn't matter if you're a shell corporation, or your local corner store. Free /24 for everybody.<br>
