Specifically, "ARIN will work with the resource holder(s) to return, aggregate, transfer, or reclaim resources as needed to restore compliance via the processes outlined in current ARIN policy." </b></p>

In reference to utilization, Company B may convey to ARIN that upon completion of the 8.2, the resources will be transferred to a specified recipient via an 8.3 transfer. </b></p>
