community, but we seem to have reached an impasse because ARIN is<br>
keeping the registry accurate and your formulation would suggest<br>
otherwise. Hence, my attempt at a more balanced phrasing, i.e. that<br>
we should "survey the ARIN community regarding the prioritization of<br>
