I’ve read thru that section and it is helpful. Unfortunately there appear to be Members who would prefer to have ARIN just reclaim all Legacy resources unilaterally. I understand that a Legacy holder can decide to sign the LSRA, but if they elect not to for whatever reason(s) - hopefully this “Community” will never decide at some point to change ARINs policies to allow reclaiming Legacy resources unilaterally. This is less likely while ARIN still has IPv4 Addresses & AS numbers to assign, but once they are gone, there is no guarantee that cooler heads will prevail. It would be good if this issue was fully addressed once and for all.
