Sorry to nit-pick, but I'd like to offer a point of clarification: The bankruptcy court's order authorizes Nortel to sell their rights to the legacy IPv4 numbers, per the sale agreement that was filed with the court. Technically, the order is not directed
at Microsoft or ARIN, and does not approve the LRSA.</div>

<div>LRSA, so I'm unsure what point you feel you are clarifying. The approval of the </div>
<div>court was of an sale agreement between Nortel and Microsoft. Microsoft is one </div>
<div>of the two parties of the agreement being approved and therefore the approval </div>
<div>applies equally to them. Included in the sale agreement is the clause:</div>

<div>If you read the full filings, you will see that Microsoft and Nortel proposed revising </div>
