I am currently a student studying and operating a full web hosting
company at the moment. I started as small as leasing a server and now I
have grown to have operated my own full BGP network and my 2 own /22's..
In 4 years.<br>

In the process, I learned everything on my own, did all ARIN applications, etc.<br>
<br>
I found out about the fellowship program today, can I still register or is it too late?<br>
<br>
I am greatly interested in bringing my hosting services to the IPv6 platform.<br>

As far as I can tell, you'd have to be a relatively young person (<35)<br>
such that you'd not worked anywhere during the .com boom days, and you'd<br>
have to be working for a small company. While in 1990, when I started<br>
building ISPs, everyone doing so was ~23... I don't think that there are<br>
many people starting new ISPs today.<br>
