customer, be able to force our will on them.</SPAN></FONT></DIV>

cut their monthly rate below ours - and it doesn't</SPAN></FONT></DIV>

who will do whatever they tell them to. We have</SPAN></FONT></DIV>

class=860474616-01052009>even lost customers to the big guys who ended up paying
MORE to the big guys - but went to them</SPAN></FONT></DIV>

telephone/internet bill from a single provider, and they had
some</SPAN></FONT></DIV>

class=860474616-01052009>accountant 2000 miles away paying the bill who wanted
it that way.</SPAN></FONT></DIV>

hardball with their customers and forcing</SPAN></FONT></DIV>

their customers NO (or more likely that it will</SPAN></FONT></DIV>

class=860474616-01052009>cost them plenty) to get IPv4, then we will be able to
raise prices or do whatever it takes to make</SPAN></FONT></DIV>
