<div dir="ltr">Following on a bit more on this little detail: Perhaps the proposal should just state something to the effect of "expected transmission dates and sender email addresses will be published as widely and be as readily available as is reasonable and practical."  That would make the point that it needs to be done, and leave the implementation details to whomever actually assumes responsibility for it.  Is that workable?<br>
