<DIV dir=ltr><FONT face=Arial color=#000000 size=2>Very interested and concerned about the interaction between secure routing and centralization of authority over what has before now been a relatively loose system of routing self-governance by ISPs. I guess I am less worried about IANA and RIRs abusing their authority over a validation chain than I am about governments or lawsuits that force them to do so. Think of DNS and the UDRP.</FONT></DIV></DIV>
