Period

That's what I thought, I just wanted to make sure I read it
right. I'm certainly for less bureaucracy.

The AC has regularly scheduled meetings. Sometimes because of
the 10 day requirement we have to meet just before a regularly
scheduled meeting when we could just wait a couple more days and have
our regular meeting. We have the regularly scheduled meeting times
because it is difficult to get enough of us together at random times.
It seemed reasonable that we should use that regular schedule in the
review process as well. If we need to meet more than once a
month we're willing to do that and have done that. No one is
trying to prevent that.
Thanks!

This makes sense to me. But I want to ask for some
clarification to make sure.
The sentence "The proposed change would allow the AC to meet no
more
than monthly to perform this task" can be taken to meaning
either

a) we want to alleviate the AC from having to meet more than once a
month

b) we want to prevent the AC from meeting more than once a month

I think the intent is "a". Is that right?
