<BR><FONT SIZE=2>>focus on the best possible management of the remaining IP space, while</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2>>encouraging and requesting that companies with legacy assignments return</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2>>them whenever possible.</FONT>

<P><FONT SIZE=2>So it`s a matter of doing the easy thing instead of the best thing? It is</FONT>
