At their meeting on 15 December 2025, the ARIN Board of Trustees adopted the following:

* Recommended Draft Policy ARIN-2025-2: Clarify 8.5.1 Registration Services Agreement

This policy will be implemented by 15 March 2026, in accordance with its Staff and Legal Review.
