Thank you. That all looks pretty consistent with what I saw at

with the exception that the latter has Martinique-specific addresses
and fees. Do you spy other differences you think are worth mentioning?

The context of the conversation is creating a "legal fiction" that
allows _individuals_ to register for ARIN number resources under
ARIN's current and approved procedures. What revenues? What taxes?
What _business_?
That's a real term by the way, "legal fiction." Look it up.
