Hi Paul,

Washington State is the same.

When I registered IPv6 addresses with ARIN last year, they looked up
Washington State's rules, saw that there was no registration
requirement, and then had me set up my organization as, "My Name, Sole
Proprietorship."

Is that a solved issue now?

17 years ago when I regierested an ASN, I simply set up an
organization as, "My Name," and sent a scan of my driver's license to
prove that I was in fact me. My understanding is that's no longer
allowed and you instead have to go the Sole Proprietorship route
described above.
