Hi Denis,

My first thought is to question the legal basis for this "Cogent
Funding, LLC's" title to the IP addresses. Cogent claims they
transferred the addresses to this "bankruptcy remote" entity. Address
transfer is an intricate topic whose complexity puts patent law to
shame. It takes more than the stroke of a pen. So I'd like to know the
legal basis for the alleged transfers and whether they've been
recognized by any of the NGO regulators like ARIN.
