[arin-ppml] nrpm typo

Hi William,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. The AC would welcome a proposal
to make an editorial change to correct this error. If you would rather not
submit such a policy proposal, we will investigate and address this as an
Advisory Council.

PDP Section 2.8 describes a procedure for editorial updates to address
textual errors among a few other cases, based on the contents of the

Matthew Wilder did a bit more digging and found this may not have been a
typo but part of a very active ARIN-2010-8 rewrite implemented in 2011.
