[arin-ppml] Draft Policy ARIN-2022-4

Good afternoon!

Draft policy 2022-4 pertains to the clean up of NRPM section 2.1 and 2.2.

This policy would clarify and improve the consistency of terminology, specifically referring to changing "IP address space" to "Internet number resources" in section 2.1 and in section 2.2, change the text from "address space" to "number resources".

I would appreciate your feedback on this change to the NRPM.
