In addition, I remind you that the ARIN-ppml mailing list operates under the ARIN Mailing List Acceptable Use Policy <https://www.arin.net/participate/community/mailing_lists/aup/> – a policy that specifically prohibits using the list for "making accusations of criminal conduct in the absence of an indictment or conviction.”

Given the nature of your some of your stated concerns, use of the Internet number resources fraud reporting process may help in avoiding conflicts in this regard.
