[arin-ppml] Draft Policy ARIN-2021-8: Deprecation of the 'Autonomous System Originations' Field

Technically, deprecating it from whois is outside of the remit of the PDP, I suppose… That’s an ARIN operational matter and would probably best be pursued through the ACSP.

However, I do support the removal of section 3.5 from the NRPM and I am in favor of removing this field from WHOIS as soon as practicable.
