[arin-ppml] AFRINIC And The Stability Of The Internet Number Registry System

Hi John,

I think Cloud Innovation has made it very clear that the question you and a
few others have raised is *sub judice*. It looks like you are intervening
in this lawsuit so you can give AfriNIC the technical advantage even if
they are in the wrong.

Mr. Lu Heng has also made it clear to you that he is protecting his users'
data, to the point that he chose to give up 1 million space. Unfortunately,
not only have you disrespected the protection of personal data, but you
have also portraited his noble action as some sort of fraud.

Moreover, in order to achieve all of this, you have extended the subject of
an entire mailing list, which is solely dedicated to policy discussions,
and which was previously restricted.

And while you claim that you are trying to protect the global internet, you
seem to be in total denial of the fact that Cloud Innovation also serves
millions of users, and that AfriNIC has tried to stop the internet
connectivity for those millions of users with complete disregard of the
internet stability.

In the same text, you have claimed that Cloud Innovation uses IP addresses
outside of the ARIN region and have continued in the next paragraph that
Cloud Innovation is using IP addresses in the US (i.e. ARIN region). John,
I think you have failed your character assassination attempt in this case
with your inconsistent statements and misleading words, and maybe you
should recognize that and move on before you lose more credibility.
