[arin-ppml] Board Election Petition underway

Good reasons abound to vote for Dan and Ron. I. am. While they would be new
- I hope a mandate would begin to end a system of deflection and
community-will avoidance. Peter is a a good choice too. I haven’t seen a
commitment to real change yet though.
