[arin-ppml] Update on Litigation Between AFRINIC and Cloud Innovation ltd

In most civil legal disputes the idea is to waste time to fatten the 
lawyers on both sides.  Whoever runs out of money first loses.  AFRINIC
has more money than Cloud so the outcome on this one was predetermined
before it even started.

There's nothing to see here, move along folks.
