PPML,

Please note that Recommended Draft Policy ARIN-2020-8 will be revised to correct "contractural agreement" to "contractual agreement" in the policy statement upon the conclusion of Last Call.

Further discussion of this Recommended Draft Policy's merits are highly encouraged in this Last Call period.

So while the proposed language is technically correct, I feel that I will not be the first or the last person to think this might be a typo. I'd recommend changing that word, but otherwise support as written.

It also contains a reference to web documentation that has evolved significantly since this policy was implemented, and may continue to do so. Essentially the entire section is made of language that is already in the Registration Services Agreement, and is generally fee-focused, making it outside normal scope for Internet number resource policy.”
