Hi John,

It appears that the organization in question still holds the IP addresses: https://whois.arin.net/rest/org/OPPOB/nets <https://whois.arin.net/rest/org/OPPOB/nets> and they're still being announced on the internet: https://bgp.he.net/AS20360#_prefixes <https://bgp.he.net/AS20360#_prefixes>

At what point will the IPs be formally revoked?
