I now have a convenient excuse to quote a line from one of my favorite
Cohen Brothers movies of all time, "A Serious Man"...

"When the truth is found, to be lies, and all the joy
    within you dies... then what?"

I am particularly interested to know what happens now to all of this nice
juicy IPv4 address space that this specific crook is holding:

    https://bgp.he.net/AS53889#_prefixes

I guess that since there exists no community-approved rule that says that
people and/or entities that have clearly attempted to defraud ARIN will
be kicked to the curb and will have their number resources put back into
the free pool (where legitimate entities can have a shot at using those
blocks for legitimate purposes) that this schmuck and con man is going to
be allowed to keep 100% of the this OTHER stuff he has amassed, yes?

Don't get me wrong. I am breaking out the champagne over ARIN's victory
here, but it is somewhat of a pyrrhic one if this shchmuck is still going
to be allowed to operate on the Internet, from ANRI-issued space, alongside
respectable people and companies.

I've already made plain that I am in support of the proposal from Carlos
and Jordi to add a rule to allow for the explusion, from ARIN, of red-
handed hijackers.

I'd now like to propose that that proposal be amended and expanded to
include a provision allowing ARIN to expel from the organization any
member who, as in this case, is found at fault in either a court case
or an abitration proceeding involving ARIN.

It shouldn't require a bloody act of congress just to get rid of jerks
like this.
