Hi Mike,

You are centering the debate around the transfer statistics which does not give an accurate representation to the scale of the “profiteering” problem. Tom’s proposal (and the draft at large) still enables and encourages profiteering out of fraudulent activity related to waiting list requests.

In regards to option 3; I am eager to discuss that on another thread when and should the time come. As it directly pertains to ARIN-2019-2 we can at the very least deliberate it here.
