[arin-ppml] LAST CALL - Recommended Draft Policy ARIN-2017-12: POC Notification and Validation Upon Reassignment or Reallocation

I'm sorry if I missed this somewhere, but this does not affect simple
reassignment of /29 or smaller, correct?
