 > Draft Policy ARIN-2016-7: Integration of Community Networks into 
existing ISP policy

 > The AC provided the following statement:
 >
 > "The Advisory Council decided to abandon ARIN-2016-7: Integration of 
Community Networks into existing ISP policy, due to a lack of support. 
There was no feedback from any community network operators, and this 
proposal raises the question whether the community network policy is 
still necessary."
 >
 > Anyone dissatisfied with this decision may initiate a petition. The 
deadline to begin a petition will be five business days after the AC's 
draft meeting minutes are published.
