If ARIN counsel had drafted a LOA allowing you to announce, not only would it be easy to find an ISP willing to let 
you announce it, you'd probably also find that ARIN wouldn't bother 
suing you (and certainly wouldn't win). *Even though* the registry 
doesn't show that it is "yours" to announce. That's the case we're
