    Internet identifier registry system, as it is now more important than ever (given the
    planning for the IANA stewardship transition) that the rights and the corresponding
    obligations of those holding Internet identifiers of all types be made clear.

   Acknowledged.   You might want to confer with those who within ICANN are working
   on this same issue when you have the opportunity.
