We're way off in the weeds talking about what the word "transfer" means. And I still have no idea why the community believes that "the potential for A->B->Money lather, rinse, repeat" matters at all once the free pool is empty. Unless I missed it in the noise, not even the initial objectors to the policy can explain this. Matthew Kaufman
