[arin-ppml] NRPM 2015.1 – New Policy Implemented (ARIN-2014-9)

On 12 January 2015 the ARIN Board of Trustees adopted the following 
number policy:

   ARIN-2014-9: Resolve Conflict Between RSA and 8.2 Utilization 
Requirements

This policy removed the words "aggregate" and "reclaim"
from NRPM Section 8.2: Mergers and Acquisitions.

A new version of the ARIN Number Resource Policy Manual (NRPM) has been 
published to the ARIN website. NRPM version 2015.1 is effective 24 
February 2015 and supersedes the previous version.
