Speaking as a member of the community, I oppose this draft policy. In the best of cases, it is basically a no-op. It will not achieve any meaningful space conservations. The existing policy has served the community well. Mr. Daniels makes a valid point as well. I believe this draft policy should be abandoned. Owen
