We had to cough up $2500 for ours if I remember correctly (v6 
allocation) because end users pay full freight.  For us, a small 
exchange that is supported by member contributions and donations, it was 
a big deal.  In the end, HE paid for it but if they hadn't we might have 
forgone v6 for awhile.
