I gave this a flat-out "no" when I answered, but I now realize that 
David has raised an excellent caveat that I agree with.  My opinion is a 
bit more stringent: Aggregability is useful; *hierarchical* 
aggregability, as was originally envisioned for IPv6, has turned out to 
be not useful.
