Hi Scott,

I wouldn't add a thing. 2050 bis stops at a far more appropriate level
of abstraction for a statement of principles than 2013-4 does.

Caveat that I think 2050 bis fouls up goal #2. But I'm quite satisfied
with goals 1 and 3.
