As one of those legacies who recently went through the 'hoops' I've got to say they were rather easy to deal with.
While I may think there are lots of things legacy holders should be able to do that they can't, I also believe the least we can do is make sure our records are up to date, and fix them when we are informed that they aren't - especially since we don't have to pay for the privilege of doing so.
