I agree with you with regards to relevance, however we just can't ignore that sentence regardless of how poorly formed it may be and how many other similar occurrences there may be elsewhere in the NRPM.

Looks like some fixin' might be in order...should be easy...and I would imagine that community consensus should be easy to achieve on this one.

I agree, but when you construct a sentence like 'v4 number resources' based on our understanding of the definition below -- its open to interpretation.

I really don't think it requires a decree. Of course, a policy modification proposal could be written.
