I would also support something along the lines of a $10 base fee per
registrant plus the formula above so that the costs of maintaining a
registrant versus the costs of maintaining registrations is properly
accounted for. I would be most interested in a detailed accounting
that suggests the cost of maintaining my name and address in a
database exceeds $10/year.
