John,

Previously in this thread, you indicated the process of taking this
policy to last call met the requirements of the PDP.  You are now
advising that further review by legal is required.  At what point are
staff and legal reviews required on the text before it can proceed in
the PDP?  Should this policy be held in last-call, resubmitted to
another last-call following the reviews or do the results of the
reviews require another PPM discussion?
