Actually, public dissent is not only welcome, it's openly encouraged.  

If you indicate that ARIN isn't following its own procedures, it 
is indeed my job to look into and that respond.  When there is a 
legitimate issue, we correct it.  When there is an spurious claim, 
I note that (such as your claim of process failure w.r.t 2011-1)

Input is also welcome on the processes themselves, and in fact,
the PDP is conveniently up for public comment right now, as has
also been pointed out to you.

Finally, input is obviously welcome on the actual policy proposals, 
and I've asked you directly for your suggested changes to 2011-1, 
but have not seen any responses from you on how it can be improved.

Let's work on good policy.   What changes to the revised 2011-1
do you think are needed?
