[arin-ppml] An IP address block visualization tool

We built a visualization tool, dubbed EyeP, to show allocation status
of the IPv4 address space. It also provides information about how
address blocks are announced in BGP. Check it out at
http://eyep.cs.ucla.edu, and the FAQ page can help you get started.
