Who cares? The "big boys" already have a huge advantage in IPv4 space and this will continue. There's nothing you can do at this point to mitigate the problem.

We're arguing over a policy change that would make everything much easier to manage post-runout and which moves the needle, in the worst case, from 99.9% to 100%. (Though with the /12 limit, probably not even that far)
