[arin-ppml] Accusation of fundamental conflict ofinterest/IPaddress policy pitched directly to ICANN

If money and authority speak with one voice, then, we have already lost because we
have sold the internet off to the economic special interests and abandoned the concept
of a free (as in speech) and public forum for the democratization of communication across societies.
