This is a perfect example of why *VENDORS* need to be able to EASILY get
pieces of identifiable NCN IPv6 space, and it needs to be simple enough
for even a lowest level manager or intermediate programmer to get a

IP is used for more than the Internet, and this is a really good example
of what happens when a programmer doesn't know what address space to use
for their internal use.

I call again upon ARIN to find a way to hand out /56s or /64s to anyone
from a block which is identifiable (whois) and make this so simple that
it will simpler than trying to make up a number like
