Hi Mike,

Even at that size its use will require some partitioned routing at the
larger service providers so that they can employ the same addresses in
multiple locations within their network. /10 is a compromise value;
the original request was for a /8.

At any rate, the size is no longer at issue. The IAB's objection does
not change based on the size of the address block and we reached
consensus on carving out a /10 from ARIN's address pool.
