Or (even simpler): you and he agree that you will not transfer the
resources other than as he directs.

Not in the above cases, as no transfer actually occurred in either case.
There are some interesting contracts (and amazing potential for scams of
all sorts), but resource transfers to the recipient when the registration
is updated in accordance with policy.
